2. Refund period
Within 7 days (including 7 days) from the date of purchase, if the host of the product has a performance failure that is not caused by man-made damage, consumers can enjoy free return or warranty service.
3. Replacement period
Within 7 days (including 7 days) from the date of purchase, if the main unit of the product has a performance failure that is not caused by man-made damage, consumers can enjoy free replacement or warranty service.
4. Warranty period
Within one year from the date of purchase, if the host of the product has a performance failure that is not caused by man-made damage, consumers can enjoy free warranty service.
5. The following conditions do not meet the requirements of refund, replacement and repair
- Beyond the validity period of the three guarantees.
- The product is exposed to liquid and corroded by moisture.
- The product is damaged by external force (such as: the screen is broken and the whole machine is seriously deformed, etc.).
- Private disassembly maintenance, third-party maintenance, refitting and refurbishment.
- Counterfeit and illegally smuggled products.
- Altered, lost or damaged product serial numbers, anti-counterfeit labels or silk screen information, etc.
- Physical damage and failures caused by irresistible external forces (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes and other strong vibrations or extrusions), such as broken or crushed screens, cracked, deformed, etc.
6, the following conditions do not meet seven days no reason to return
- Secondary sales of the product are affected by torn packaging, damaged appearance, missing accessories, etc.
- Product quality problems caused by unauthorized disassembly, maintenance, misuse, collision, liquid ingress, accidents, brushing and incorrect installation, or tearing, altering labels, product barcodes, network access licenses, etc.
- The original outer packaging of the product is incomplete, and the standard accessories are incomplete.
- The gifts provided with the order cannot be returned in full, and the packaging of the gifts is incomplete (except for consumers who agree to pay the price of the gifts).
- When purchasing, the page clearly states that products that do not support returns.
If the product does not meet the conditions of seven-day no-reason return and exchange, and the product has a performance failure, it still enjoys the warranty service.
7. Warranty Regulations
- Products that exceed the free warranty period and products that meet the second clause above are subject to paid services. If repairs cannot be made due to lack of spare parts, the customer will be notified.
- If the user needs to send the defective machine to the Grebang product after-sales center, he should choose the courier or postal company that delivers the goods to the door. After the machine is sent out, the user should track it by himself to avoid the goods staying for too long or being lost during transportation.
- When delivering the machine for repair, the user should make necessary packaging for the product to avoid collision damage on the road, otherwise the responsibility for product damage arising therefrom shall be borne by the sender.
- Users who deliver the machine for repair must pay the postage fee by themselves.
- The machine sent for repair must be accompanied by a list, which includes machine model/capacity, fault description, contact name, telephone number, detailed address, and email address.
- For unclaimed products (including incorrect contact information and automatic abandonment of machines), they will not be returned after 60 days from the date of receipt by the Greybon after-sales center.
- When delivering for repair, the product must undergo professional testing by the Greybon after-sales center. After confirming the malfunction, the after-sales center will determine the corresponding repair plan. During the warranty period, the Greybon after-sales center can choose to replace, repair, or other methods to provide warranty services for your products. If the replacement method is used, the damaged parts replaced will belong to Greybon. For products that have been tested as faultless, they will be returned.

- If the product exceeds the warranty conditions or exceeds the warranty period, paid maintenance can also be carried out, and the maintenance cost is unified nationwide.

- When delivering for repair, only the host needs to be shipped, without the need to ship other accessories or memory cards. If there are charging issues, the charger should be sent back together.
- Please make sure to include a note clearly stating the problem with the machine and your contact information (including detailed address and phone number, contact QQ number).
- The shipping cost is borne by you, and we have the right to refuse to receive payment. After the machine is repaired, we will send it to you for payment.
